Coached Training For Triathletes, Cyclists, Swimmers & Runners

Training With Us

Our training is primarily for triathletes, cyclists, swimmers and runners. All training schedules are developed to meet the racing goals of the athletes attending. It’s your training and we tailor the training distances and intensities to you and/or what your group is training for. We cater for all distances up to Full and Ultra events.

We offer training for up to 8 athletes at a time from a minimum number of just 1. We are open to all levels and abilities of athletes.

We are both qualified and experienced Level 3 High Performing Coaches and offer a high level of personal attention in all our coached sessions. We work to a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 4 athletes.

 

Training Programme

The programme for your training will include at least two primary sessions each day focussing on swim, bike, run (according to your event) along with an option of supplementary strength and conditioning and/or yoga session.

Sessions will include technique development and video analysis. Getting the basics right matters for your racing. Each session will have feedback and you will have an end of training review and suggestions for future training development.
