Training Camps

Our camps are for triathletes and runners. All camps are developed to meet the racing goals of the athletes attending. It’s your camp and we tailor the training distances and intensities to you and your group are training for. For triathletes can be developed to suit all distances up to Iron distance.

Camps are planned for a maximum of 6 athletes and a minimum of 1 and are open to all athletes.

Coached sessions are run by qualified and experienced Level 3 High Performing Coaches and offer a high level of personal attention. We work to a maximum ratio of 1 coach : 4 athletes. 

The programme for your stay will include at least two primary training sessions each day focussing on swim, bike, run (according to your event) along with a supplementary strength & conditioning and/or yoga session. Sessions will include technique development and video analysis. Getting the basics right matters for your racing. Daily and particular sessions will have feedback. There is a mid-week and end of camp review and suggestions for future training development.

We are also able to organise a bespoke coaching camp for a larger club or group.

Cost is 220 euros per athlete for 7 days.

If you prefer for your stay to be more leisurely we can put together a format which enables you to spend some time doing the cycling, running, swimming, activities you enjoy whilst also spending time relaxing in the local area.
