We don’t offer generic ‘off the shelf’ training plans for triathlon, duathlon, cycling, running, swimrun, and aquabike events of various distances and durations because we have never met a generic ‘off the shelf’ athlete.
However, we do offer a number of plan options which are written just for you so please ask. Any plan of over 6 weeks duration can be delivered via your own free Training Peaks account. All athletes also have the opportunity to contact us on a fortnightly basis to discuss their training or any concerns. We also offer a mentoring option for a small additional fee where you can contact us twice a week to discuss or receive feedback on your ‘off the shelf’ plan.
