Training Plans

We are in the process of uploading our ‘off the shelf’ training plans for triathlon, duathlon, cycling, running, swimrun, and aquabike events of various distances and durations.

A number of plan options are available so please ask. Any plan of over 6 weeks duration can be delivered via your own free Training Peaks account. All athletes also have the opportunity¬†to contact us on a fortnightly basis to discuss their training or any concerns. We also offer a mentoring option for a small additional fee where you can contact us twice a week to discuss or receive feedback on your ‘off the shelf’ plan.

We can also write a plan specific to you and your event. Contact us if that is an option you would prefer for you.
