Bespoke Coaching Plans – A training method that fits you.

We are firm believers in the notion that one plan does not fit all. Everyone is unique. This is why we work with athletes and riders on an individual basis. To enable us to offer  the best possible training opportunities we work with no more than 10 athletes or riders at any time. We have found that for our athletes bespoke coaching, and the level of personal attention this allows for, works best.

All plans begin with a full consultation which is included in the package price. This allows us as coaches to build a profile of you as the athlete. We can discuss previous training and sporting backgrounds;  analyse current strengths plus areas for development; review levels of performance; and map future goals and aspirations. We are firm believers in maintaining life balance so will ask you to take into consideration your life outside the sport and be aware of how at times they may conflict.

A number of plan options are available. Any plan of over 6 weeks duration can be delivered via your own free Training Peaks account. All athletes also have the opportunity to contact us on a daily basis to discuss their training or any concerns.
