Ian has raced over all distances for 30+ years in both on and off-road triathlons. His coaching benefits from his long and varied experience of competition. Kathryn began racing only 5 years ago, having to learn to swim to do so, and races predominantly off-road. Both are currently coaching athletes for events over all distances.
We consider all aspects of triathlon to be important, including strength and conditioning, and our coaching reflects this. We ensure that our coaching takes you as an individual into consideration and work with your body and your life to offer the coaching you need.
